Louis W. Schornack, President/Laboratory Director
Lou moved to Colorado from the Chicago area, where he started EMC testing and mitigation in 1976 when emission limits on CB radios were 30 db more stringent than Class B limits today. He has held a number of positions in electronics design and testing including EMC testing and mitigation during a career spanning over 30 years. Previous employers have included Charles Industries, Telular, Motorola and Collins Radio. He has a wealth of experience, especially with telecom and IT equipment. Lou has a BSEE from the UND, a MSEE from Iowa State Univ. and a MBA from the Univ. of Chicago. He is the holder of over a dozen patents, is a member of several honorary engineering groups and is an active member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of IEEE. He purchased Criterion Technology in May of 2003 and has great plans to continue improving Criterion’s value for its customers.
Michelle T. Young, Office Manager/Technical Writer
Michelle joined the Criterion team in April of 2004. She has an extensive background in computer networks and Microsoft applications. Her background includes store operations and retail management. She installed and maintained the computer systems for the Old Navy Clothing Co. division throughout the Denver metro area. She played a key role in opening and expanding the Old Navy Clothing Co. division in Colorado. She is well trained in the customer service field. She has developed many sales and customer service courses, which have been used to train and develop others to succeed.
